One of the most important parts of any repair is ignored by many.
Incorrect diagnosis and parts fitted due to the lack of proper diagnosis is an unnecessary expense.
Diagnosis requires proper diagnostic equipment (Scan tools) to communicate with the vehicles systems and extract fault codes, reprogram or reboot systems.
The second part of the equation is the ability to obtain quality technical data and to be able to decipher what the scan tool is showing.
Our technicians are well trained and knowledgeable with the ability to interpret all the information supplied by the owner, vehicle, scan tool and technical information at hand. We replace relevant faulty components that are actually required or repair system circuits and wiring as needed.
The third part of the process is TIME. Sufficient time must be made available to go through the process. This includes the technician experiencing the fault as it is told and experienced by the owner. Without this step in the process, how else will the technician know if he has solved the specific problem.
